Our innovative rapid tooling and casting methods provide fully functional cast aluminum prototypes or first production parts. We can mold precision aluminum castings from a prototype tool with about a 30-second cycle time.

Using rapid prototyping, rapid tooling and rapid casting techniques, we can dramatically shorten your product development cycle.We provide conceptual models or prototype tooling using stereolithography (SLA), fused deposition modeling (FDM), or laminate object manufacturing (LOM) prototyping methods and then produce castings in aluminum within hours.

Our engineering team has developed innovative methods to create high quality prototype aluminum castings in a fraction of the time it takes for traditional prototypes. These parts are cast from the same aluminum alloy to be used in production. As a result, they can be used for marketing samples, part validation and early production parts, reducing your time to market by several weeks.
