Pentz Cast Solutions provides high performance castings for military applications, including cast aluminum components for engine heads, super chargers, gear housings, heaters, structural parts, electrical parts and electronic housings.

We manufacture castings with high structural integrity, complex shapes, intricate coring and close dimensional tolerance, pressure / vacuum tightness and corrosion resistance. Prototypes, preproduction and tooling through high production are all provided. High performance castings for ordinance including missiles, torpedoes and bombs are developed and manufactured using our automated systems.
