Core Process Selection

CO2 Core

The CO2 Core process is a manual and highly versatile method of producing cores. A resin binder is mixed with dry sand in a core box and cured by permeating CO2 gas through the mixture. The mixture hardens into a core. This process is suitable for small size cores and lower quantities.
