Rapid Prototype Casting Tooling

Pentz Cast Solutions provides prototype tooling directly from digital data, using stereolithography (SLA), fused deposition modeling (FDM), or laminate object manufacturing (LOM) rapid build methods. Tooling may be completed in 1 to 5 days depending on the size and complexity of your part. Normally, our advanced CAD/CAM software and high speed CNC machining centers can create precision sand casting tooling in less than 1 week.

We use an existing casting, a part made of another material, or an existing sample part to make prototype tooling suitable for building castings.
