Pentz Cast Solutions has the capability of producing near net shape prototype aluminum castings in a fast turnaround time of just a few days.

Using our automated molding system, with prototype tooling, we can set up and mold initial parts in less than an hour with a 30 second mold cycle time. Because the parts are actual aluminum castings, they can be used for design validation, process validation, marketing samples, testing samples and even early production parts while production tooling is built.
