CNC Machining

We utilize utilize the latest version Cimitron E software. It is one of the most comprehensive, integrated CAD/CAM solutions available.

Its powerful NC capabilities, from simple 2.5-axis to continuous 5-axis, cover the entire machining process. Resulting in improved productivity for the entire design and manufacturing process.

We utilize a state of the art Faro articulated arm for rapid and accurate dimensional measurement, complimented by automated SPC data collection.

We have a full range of high performance CNC machining centers including horizontal and 5 axis. Our vertical machines have high level of interchangeability providing flexible capacity and quick tooling change overs.

Many aluminum castings, especially aerospace and automotive applications require 5-axis machining capability to machine complex shapes, undercuts and difficult angles.

Our trunnion machine provides full simultaneous 5-axis motion, or can position a workpiece to almost any angle for 5-side machining. We are able to significantly reduce the number of set ups, tooling fixtures and labor time The results are lower machining costs and greater dimensional stability for machined features.
