Precision Dry Sand Molding

Pentz Cast Solutions molds parts in dry sand (chemically bonded sand) when green sand molding is not practical, or the existing tooling is for the dry sand process and cannot be converted to the green sand process. Complex and large castings can be achieved with dry sand molding and large dry sand cores.
