Permanent Mold

The permanent mold process produces castings with excellent surface finish and fine grain structure for superior strength characteristics and near net shape.

Our PLC-controlled Hall 3HXS 38"x32" permanent mold machine coupled with table-mounted molds produces castings of exceptional quality and value. When combined with our state-of- the-art Laempe SO2 cores, the permanent molding process produces excellent quality castings.

Permanent molding also has the capability to cast parts such as studs, nuts, bushings, pipes and other integral parts.
