Quality is a top priority at Pentz Cast Solutions. Every process is documented, monitored continuously and tightly controlled.

We have complete PPAP Level I thru Level V submission capability.

We are equipped to meet the most rigorous inspection, test and analysis requirements. Pentz maintains stringent metal quality control. We have a CMM, real-time X-ray system, spectrochemical lab, die penetrant system, complete sand lab and many other inspection and test capabilities. Our manufacturing management system keeps us constantly updated with information about virtually every aspect of our business including quoting, engineering, order confirmation, scheduling, costing and quality.
