Pentz Cast Solutions purchases only certified primary aluminum foundry ingot for metal production. Advanced melting is accomplished with Solid State Electric Resistance and PLC Gas Fired Crucible furnaces, while the temperature is monitored with certified digital pyrometers and controllers.

We produce the cleanest aluminum alloys in the industry by using environmentally friendly nitrogen rotary degassing and flux injection for efficient removal of hydrogen gas and oxides.

To ensure metal quality, the specific gravity of every molten “Heat” is tested and retested to verify complete removal of hydrogen gas and oxides. Test coupons are poured from every “Heat” for spectrochemical analysis and retained in the Q.A. department along with original certifications from ingot purchases.
