Inspection and First Article Reports
Pentz Cast Solutions has a comprehensive system of quality control. All inspection processes are documented with controlled procedures. All materials are traceable through out the inspection process. SPC is used for critical processes and part dimensional requirements.
We also perform full first article inspections including complete PPAP Level I through Level 5 submissions.
