Pentz Cast Solutions provides comprehensive first article reports using our 28"x40" Starrett CMM for dimensional Baird spectrochemical analysis of the chemistry of alloys and our 150kvp Philips real time X-ray for nondestructive testing.

A complete review of the processes, inspection plans and foundry control is performed by our manufacturing team to assure the highest level of process control. We have complete PPAP Level I through Level V submission capability.
