The Challenge:
Cast in complex Stainless Steel tubing assembly temperature-controlled processing for Semi-Conductor production. Customer experienced production and quality issues with previous vender.
The Solution:
CAD design sand casting tooling, CNC machine casting tooling in billet aluminum to precisely build hard sand molds to hold the tubing assembly in place while creating the mold shape with the Sinto Automated Molding System.
The Results:
We solved customer’s previous production issues, built superior quality castings and delivered on time required. We use real time x-ray to inspect results. Our automated precision green sand system is scalable to meet sudden increases in customer production demand.
