Prototype Process Selection
Pentz Cast Solutions offers many methods for creating quality prototypes. Some of the more common ones are described in this section. The method you select will depend on not only the size, shape and finish of your part or component, but also on its intended use. The models created by these processes can be quickly and inexpensively converted into patterns to produce “rapid tooling and castings” that can be used as functional prototypes or production parts.
