Pentz offers; casting engineering development, prototype to automated molded high production sand castings, permanent mold with tooling CAD design engineering, CNC machining and complete manufacturing production. Pentz also provides CNC machined casting tooling in metal, plastic and wood for partner foundries and can provide low to high volume brass, bronze, and iron production castings as well as aluminum.

Since 1972 Larry Pentz and team have been driven by desire to pursue customer’s challenging casting requirements, developing innovative solutions while utilizing customer input along with Pentz Cast Solution team’s mechanical engineering, CAD CAM tooling designs, exceptional foundry quality, CNC machining expertise and light assembly.
