Reverse engineer rare 1930s Crocker Motorcycle Tanks for restoration.
Fuel and oil reservoir in one tank.
The Solution:
Laser scan existing parts. Create CAD model for left and right tanks. CNC machine hard wood patterns and, loose plastic inserts. Mount patterns and gate tooling. Build 3D Printed sand cores to cast interior. Build castings and finish.
The Results:
Restoration of rare Crocker fuel, oil reservoir tanks to exact original condition.
