The Challenge:

Build new cast aluminum straight eight head for 1936 for just a few units.

The Solution:

Laser scan exterior, CT scan interior, create 3-D CAD model for casting and machining, CNC machine composite pattern tooling, build 3D Printed Cores. Build castings, Heat Treat and CNC machine heads.   

The Results:

Restored 1936 Studebaker President Coupe engine with new life.
